2022 WINTER TERM CLASS SCHEDULE
PRESCHOOL TUMBLE AND MOVE
Grades 2's, 3's, and Pre-K
Monday - 12:30PM, 4:00PM
Tuesday - 4:00PM
Classes for preschoolers who love to move, tumble, and play! Athletes will begin learning the basics of tumbling and focus on exercises that teach basic body control. We will incorporate lots of music, movement, and fun into these classes! A parent/guardian is allowed to participate with their child, but not required.

Tumbling and conditioning classes that help to build a good foundation for different level tumbling skills. We will also incorporate stretching, jumps, conditioning, and games into each class! We will separate athletes into small groups based on age and skill level in the first week of class.
CHEER TEAM PREP
Monday - 6:30-7:45PM (Middle/High School)
Tuesday - 6:30-7:45PM (Middle/High School)
Wednesday - 5:15-6:15PM (Elementary School)
Thursday - 5:15-6:15PM (Elementary School)
Team prep classes that highlight the key elements of cheerleading, such as jumps, motions, tumbling, stunts, and dance. This is a great option for athletes that might be interested in eventually joining a school or all star team.
Help accelerate progression and have individual coach attention for your athlete or small group. We specialize in cheer and tumble, but can also provide instruction on dance, flexibility, stunting, strength, and conditioning. Private lessons can be created on a one-time basic or recurring weekly schedule. Please contact us for scheduling!

$50 for 30 minutes $30 per person for 30 minutes

Grades K and Up
Friday - 3:30-5:30PM
A fun and low cost option for getting some extra practice without the structure of a weekly class. Our equipment is available to practice independently, but a coach is there to supervise and offer spotting and guidance. These sessions are 'pay as you go' and open to Grades K and up. Athletes can drop-in anytime during the 2 hour block.
CAMPS AND CLINICS
A great opportunity for extra progression and fun in the gym! Instruction focuses on tumbling, motions, jumps, stunting, and dance, but we also incorporate a variety of fun activities to provide fun for all! Clinics are typically 2 hour sessions offered on various weekends throughout the year. Camps are typically full day sessions (9am-3pm) offered during school breaks.
