We reserve the right to modify these policies and procedures at any time. 


Class Registration:

  • Our classes are broken into four terms: Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer.

  • Please contact us should you have questions about the best class fit or if you need assistance with booking.

  • Priority will be given to those who register and reserve a spot in the class for the full term, but we try to offer a free trial class to new customers if there is class space remaining. Please contact us to inquire about a trial class.

  • Registration and payment should be completed online. Our booking site allows you to manage and view much of your account information at any time.

  • Please contact us for any class cancellations. A full refund will be given if canceled before the term begins. Once the term begins, we do not offer refunds or credit unless approved by management.

  • Class fees are due on or before the first day of class via check, cash, or online payment. We also accept Venmo (@prismeliteny). We do offer a monthly auto-deducted installment option for those interested in breaking up the payments.

  • If an athlete begins after a term has started, class fees will be prorated.

  • We always aim to keep our class sizes small to offer the best experience to our customers.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or combine any scheduled classes due to low enrollment or as necessary. We will do our best to find a suitable alternative.


Make-up Classes, Cancellations, Refunds:

  • While we try to be considerate to our customers, once the term begins we do not offer refunds or credit unless approved by management.

  • Should Prism Elite New York have to close due to COVID-19 or other unforeseen situations (ex. coaches unavailable), we will offer your choice of a make-up class, credit, or refund for missed sessions.

  • As a courtesy to our customers, we offer one make-up class per term for absences.

    • If no similar classes are available, then we will supplement with a free open gym.

    • It is the responsibility of the customer to contact us to redeem their make-up class.

    • Refunds or credit will not be given for absences.

  • Should Prism Elite New York have to close due to weather, we will do our best to provide a make-up time slot or supplement with a free open gym.

    • Refunds or credit will not be given for weather related cancellations.​


Class Procedures:

  • All children must be supervised until properly checked-in at our check-in desk.

  • Please be on time for class drop-off and pick-up.

  • Restrooms are available and we encourage children to use the restroom prior to class.

  • No food or drink is allowed inside the gym, except water.

  • Children should bring their own labeled water bottled.

  • Children will enter through our main entrance and leave through our parking lot exit only door.

  • Prism Elite NY staff has the right to ask participants to leave if they are disrespecting our staff, other customers, or our equipment


Class Attire:

  • Athletic attire, which allows the ability to move freely, is required. 

    • Spandex shorts/leggings, gym shorts, tank tops, or t-shirts are all appropriate options.

    • Fitted or tucked in tops are preferred, so they don’t rise up when inverted.

  • Cheerleading shoes or athletic shoes that fit securely are required.

    • We have cheerleading shoes available for purchase.

    • Please clean shoes to help us keep our mats clean.

  • Hair should be secured away from the face with hair elastics. 

    • Buns or braids are preferred, as they don’t get in the way when inverted.

  • No skirts, dresses, jeans, jewelry, hoods, hats, or belts are allowed. 


Class Observation:

  • Parents are not allowed in the gym during classes.

  • Parent are welcome to wait in our waiting area, which will have TV's broadcasting the current classes.
